At Hilltop, I serve as an Advisor Assistant and oversee the daily operations of our support team, ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes so our advisors can focus on what matters most—our clients. I take pride in fostering organization, collaboration, and a culture of excellence that allows our team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Seeing clients’ excitement as they plan for their financial future and retirement is what inspires me most. Every success story reinforces why I love what I do and motivates me to keep improving the systems and support that make Hilltop exceptional. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to grow into a supervisory role, developing both as a leader and as part of a team dedicated to helping clients reach their goals with confidence and clarity.

Outside of Hilltop, I volunteer with the Tourette Association of America and IN*Source, an organization that helps parents of children with disabilities navigate Indiana’s special education system. These experiences allow me to support families in advocating for their children and reflect my ongoing commitment to helping others thrive personally and professionally.
