🎓 Announcing the 2025 Hilltop Kids Scholarship Recipients

Hilltop Kids mission is rooted in supporting the safety, development, and well-being of children in our local communities. This year, we were proud to further that mission by launching our inaugural Hilltop Kids Scholarship Program—a new initiative aimed at empowering high school seniors who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.
After reviewing an inspiring pool of applicants, we’re excited to introduce the four outstanding students selected as 2025 Hilltop Kids Scholarship Recipients. Each of these graduating seniors demonstrates exceptional academic achievement, community involvement, and a clear commitment to child-focused fields of study.
🌟 Meet Our 2025 Scholarship Recipients:
Taye Levenson
Pleasant Ridge, MIÂ
Attending: Michigan State University
Field of Study: Child Psychology, Psychiatry, or School Counseling
Taye’s passion for youth mental health is driving his pursuit of a career that will help create safe, supportive environments for children to grow and thrive.
Kayla Snyder
Valparaiso, INÂ
Attending: Grace College
Field of Study: Elementary Education with a Focus on Language Arts
Kayla is excited to combine her love of learning with her goal of becoming an educator who inspires and uplifts the next generation.
Dhruvi Patel
Granger, INÂ
Attending: Loyola University Chicago
Field of Study: Biology
With a long-term goal of entering the healthcare field, Dhruvi is passionate about using science and service to improve lives—especially for children and families.
Janine Mbianda
Granger, INÂ
Attending: Indiana University
Field of Study: Neuroscience
Janine is eager to explore brain development and mental health through the lens of neuroscience, with aspirations to contribute to child-focused behavioral health research.
📘 About the Scholarship
Launched in 2024, the Hilltop Kids Scholarship awards $1,500 each to four graduating seniors who intend to pursue a degree in a child-centered field, such as education, psychology, healthcare, or child advocacy. The program is funded entirely through community donations and reflects the generosity of Hilltop clients, team members, and local supporters who believe in investing in the future.
