As the First Impressions Coordinator at Hilltop, I’m often the first person clients see when they walk through our doors or hear when they call our office. I take great pride in helping create a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience for everyone who interacts with our team. I support the office in day-to-day operations and enjoy being part of a collaborative environment where client needs always come first.
Before joining Hilltop, I spent over 17 years in customer service and administrative roles. I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping others—especially when I can leave someone feeling heard, understood, and confident that their concerns are being addressed with care and attention.
